Introduction to Herbs

Join us at our Broadway Location as we welcome Laura McGuire, Herbalist. Laura will share why herbs are relevant and how they can help heal, nourish, and revitalize the body. She will explain the difference between herbal teas, tinctures, and capsules and the best application for each. She will also share her top 10 herbs for wellness and how herbs can be a cost effective way to promote and maintain balance from within.
